Website Maintenance	The hourly rate for our website maintenance services is $35/hr with a one hour minimum. For customers that require website maintenance on a regular basis we offer the following options: $55/mo Includes 3 hours of updates/maintenance per month. Updates/maintenance is defined as .html text, content, and photo changes. Does not include graphic design work. $90/mo Includes 5 hours of updates/maintenance per month. Updates/maintenance is defined as .html text, content, and photo changes. Does not include graphic design work.
Forms	Price is determined by the size and complexity of each form needed. Below are pricing for the most requested forms. If your form needs do not fit the pricing below please contact us. Simple Contact Form: $25 Includes a form with the following fields: name, email, phone, and comments. The information collected is then sent to a specified email address. Professional Contact Form: $75 Includes a form with the following fields: name, company, address, city, state, zip, phone, email, how did you hear about us, comments. The information collected is then sent to a specified email address.
